Can it be done???

Some things never change. Those of you who knew me in highschool / college know that I'm not the most studious person you'll ever meet. I've never been good at doing homework, studying, or turning anything in ontime etc. Well, you have to do continuing education to keep up your real estate license... and my license expires in a matter of hours now. Although I did put it off until the beginning of this month and that is my fault.... I'm not entirely at fault for the situation I'm in tonight. I won't get into the details, but the school I'm taking my SAE course from royally screwed up, and now I have to finish a 30 hour course in less than 24 hours!!!

There are 14 sections then a final exam. I have completed four sections. They took me on average about 2 hours to complete EACH. This means that if I don't sleep, eat, or take any bathroom breaks I will be done in 20 hours. As long as I get my certificate postmarked by tomorrow my license is still in good shape. If I don't finish this tonight and get it in the mail tomorrow, I will be inactive for a few days (maybe a week?) and I'll have to pay a lot of penalties as well. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if I wasn't in the middle of one transaction, and two more on the way (fingers crossed).

So, say a little prayer for me that I'll be able to finish this course by tomorrow afternoon and that my license stays active. While you're praying... you could pray that I would finally learn my lesson about putting things off till the last minute. I got the procrastination gene from my dad... but at least he has a PhD!
