Chair rail still needs to go up. baseboards and chair rail need to be painted... but then we're done with the entry way and dining room. Jarrod has put up the new light fixture in the entry way since this picture was taken. It's amazing how much of a difference some paint and moulding makes. (That's Phoebe on her bed... she is either there sleeping, or eating something she's not supposed to, or stealing Jarrod's pencil while we're at the house)
