I was going to wait and post this until I knew exactly how far along I am (first doctor's appointment isn't until May 20th), but Jarrod decided he would post some funny baby names on his facebook...
I found out on April 20th, and had been feeling symptoms for about a week before that, so I'm assuming I'm at least 5-6 weeks. That would put us at having a Christmas baby. My dad says I must have the baby before 12/31 for our tax exemption. Who else but my dad would think of that? Love you, dad.
We are very excited. It's funny, because we always said we were going to flip as many houses as we could before we had babies. Then, after this last house, we decided that we're not going to flip again for at least two years... and then I find out I'm pregnant!
We have looked and looked and looked for the right house, since it's going to be more of a permanent house, but weren't able to find what we're looking for, so we're going to do a 6 month lease at an apartment that we lived in before and continue to look. We're getting such a good deal at this place that we'll be able to sublet it if we find something before our lease is up.
We did not think it was going to be possible for us to have kids without some medical help, so this was a HUGE surprise. All my life I've wanted to be a mother, and the whole reason we have started our own business was not to make money, but to ensure that I'd be able stay home and raise kids when the time came.
It seems like weird timing... but I know that the Lord has ordained this time from the very beginning.

CONGRATS!!!! I don't think anything could make me happier! I'm praying for you and your little Peanut every day. You both will make wonderful parents, and I'm overjoyed that God has blessed you with this.
Oh the joys to come to your life. Cherish each moment. Do a pregnancy journal if you have time, that's sometime I always wanted to do but didn't. Take some pictures each month.
Congratulations!!!!!
